'Fireglow' drapes itself in rich deep purple red foliage throughout the season. The colour begins in spring with the emergence of bright crimson leaves. The tone deepens to a shiny burgundy at the height of summer, before blazing out in an autumn coat of scarlet. Slightly smaller, and slower growth than 'Bloodgood', makes this an ideal specimen or shade tree for smaller spaces.
