'Jack Frost' is a unique cultivar of Brunnera macrophylla, commonly called Siberian bugloss. It is a clump-forming perennial that has small, blue, forget-me-not-like flowers with white centers and heart-shaped, silvery green basal leaves which remain attractive throughout the growing season.
