'Quince of Portugal' is an old European selection of the Common Quince. This attractive shrub, to small tree produces highly aromatic medium sized knobby pear shaped yellow fruit. Like all quince, these are ideal for use in making preserves, pies and tarts. The cooked fruit turns rosy red.
