This is the classic pink form of Kousa Dogwood. 'Satomi' grows into a nicely tiered small tree with elegant horizontal branching. Abundant showy pink bracts are borne above the foliage in late spring. Pinkish red fruit appear in autumn, against a backdrop of purple-red foliage. Sometimes found listed as 'Miss Satomi'
