The Maidenhair Tree is an iconic tree from the distant past, having lived alongside the dinosaurs, over 200 million years ago, and has no other living relatives.  This slow growing graceful tree is covered in distinctive leathery fan shaped leaves that turn bright yellow in the fall. Ginkgo biloba is also one of the longest lived trees in existence, some living trees are over 3000 years old!
