'Spring Grove' is a new dwarf Ginkgo that was discovered as a witch's broom, on a tree growing in Spring Grove Cemetery, Cincinnati, Ohio. It produces dense whorls of slightly cupped, deeply cleft leaves that emerge chartreuse green, before darkening to mid green. A slow growing pyramidal tree, ideal for small space gardening.

Height: 1.5 m to 3.0 m
Spread: 1.8 m to 2.4 m
Soil Requirements: Average moist, well drained soils, adaptable  to pH

Flower Colour & Shape: Inconspicuous small green catkin-like male pollen cones
Foliage: Whorls of slightly cupped, two-lobed leathery fan shaped green leaves, resembling Maidenhair Fern leaflets, turn golden yellow in autumn
