If you are looking to add a tropical look to your landscape, look no further. The Bigleaf Magnolia certainly lives up to its name, with leaves reaching 90 cm long, and 30 cm wide. The foliage is green with a silvery grey underside. Large fragrant creamy white flowers with a rosy base, appear in early summer. Plant this in areas protected from strong winds, to avoid tattered/torn leaves.
