This second generation yellow Magnolia came on the scene in 2000. It is an offspring of 'Elizabeth', but brings a warm blend of colour to the world of Magnolias. This relatively narrow pyramidal tree produces lightly fragrant, large chalice shaped yellow flowers blushed with pink. Sunsation's display begins as upright chartreuse buds in mid spring, and may last for up to six weeks.
