'Morning Light' is considered to be the best ornamental grass to have reached the garden world to date, and was awarded the RHS Award of Garden Merit for good reason. Each blade is striped with ivory, giving the tall vase shaped clumps a silvery appearance. The finely textured foliage moves with the slightest breeze. Feathery red plumes appear in late summer, fading to silvery white for the winter months
