| Foliage: | Rosettes have tightly congested, tubular, fleshy leaves pointed at the tips. Foliage is matted blue-green, with tinges of violet if slightly stressed. Each leaf resembles a cut gemstome with angular facets left by the pressure of neighbouring leaves. Grows tall stems which will eventually bend to the ground and lose lower leaves. |
