'Scarlet Heaven' is a bold addition to the line of Itoh peonies. This classic beauty produces large single satiny red blooms that open to display a central ring of golden stamens. A mature plant will produce over 50 large, lightly fragrant flowers, to 22 cm across, above a broad mound of attractive, long lasting foliage.
