'Lemony Lace' is a unique selection of our native Red Elderberry, Sambucus racemosa. This compact shrub is noted for its deeply dissected light yellow to chartreuse foliage, which rivals some Japanese Maples. Conical heads of tiny white flowers,followed by abundant trusses of red berries prove its identity.
